URVI REFUND POLICY

In case an order is cancelled or a product is delivered damaged or delivered incorrectly, please email us at care.urviweaves@gmail.com within 48 hours of order receipt with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 hours. 

We follow the highest quality control standards and ensure that each product is made with the care and workmanship that our customers expect. As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products which are delivered in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can write to care.urviweaves@gmail.com. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost. 

Please note that misprints, inconsistency of the weave, color changes do not qualify as damaged product.

For international orders, the customer is responsible to send across the purchased item back to us in order to be eligible for a returns/exchanges/refund equivalent to the returned product value. Shipping costs to ship the product back to us shall be borne by the customer. 

How will refunds be processed?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided into the customers' bank account.
